Refund / Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access continues until the cycle ends; no further charges will be applied.

Refunds

We offer prorated refunds only if services were unavailable due to outages exceeding our SLA. Refunds are not provided for partial months after cancellation. For billing disputes, contact support within 14 days of the charge.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes or mistaken charges, email support@aeonx.digital with relevant details. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Payments are processed via Razorpay or approved gateways. Refund credits are applied to the original payment method when possible.
