Service Usage

ConnectX provides APIs and tools for enterprise integrations. You agree to use the services in compliance with applicable laws and our acceptable use policy. Unauthorized access, security breaches, or misuse are strictly prohibited.

Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly at ₹1000 per tenant unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed via Razorpay or other approved gateways. Taxes may apply based on jurisdiction.

API Key Issuance

API keys are issued to authorized tenant administrators. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. Keys may be rotated periodically for security; misuse or compromise must be reported immediately.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for activity under your account, ensuring secure configurations and correct usage of APIs. You must not attempt to disrupt service availability or probe other tenants’ data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing cycle.
